Campaign 01
Open jobs
We match your MPCs against roles those companies have already posted, then reach the decision maker directly. The candidate is the pitch. The open role is the reason to reply this week.
How it works
Marketing your best candidates to the companies most likely to want them is one of the oldest techniques in recruiting. It works because it always has. We didn’t reinvent it, we tech-enabled it: what used to be one recruiter working the phones from memory is now 347,000 hiring sources monitored and matched against your bench.
Here is exactly what we build, how we protect your brand, and what you can expect, so you can judge whether it fits your agency before you ever get on a call.
The approach
Both lead with your candidates. What changes is the trigger.
Campaign 01
We match your MPCs against roles those companies have already posted, then reach the decision maker directly. The candidate is the pitch. The open role is the reason to reply this week.
Campaign 02
Your strongest MPCs, or a full crew for staffing, put in front of companies that fit but haven’t posted anything. No vacancy to reference, so the outcomes do the work.
Open jobs captures demand. Prospecting creates demand.
The process
You upload your candidate resumes and we pick the MPCs worth marketing: the ones whose outcomes a hiring manager will actually react to. Every profile is anonymised first, with names, current employers and any other identifying tells stripped, so nobody can go around you straight to the candidate. That shortlist drives both campaigns.
Two lists. Companies with open roles that match your MPCs, pulled from 347,000+ hiring sources. And companies that fit your niche but haven’t posted anything. Both refreshed daily.
Separate domains and inboxes, warmed properly. This starts on day one and runs in the background while everything else is built, so your primary domain is never used for cold outreach.
Both campaigns lead with a candidate. For open jobs we anchor an MPC to a role they’re already trying to fill. For prospecting, the candidate carries it alone: what they delivered, where, and how fast. You approve everything before it sends.
Sequences go live across both campaigns. We manage sending volume, deliverability, and testing, and adjust as reply data comes in.
Every reply is read and qualified against your criteria. Only decision makers worth your time reach your calendar, and you get a weekly summary of what went out, what replied, and what booked.
Built for a cautious buyer
Both campaigns run on separate infrastructure. Your primary domain is never exposed to cold volume.
You approve the positioning and messaging before anything is sent on your behalf.
Lists are sourced from compliant providers and handled in line with the regulations of the markets you target. Candidate profiles are anonymised before they leave your bench.
What’s included
A system we build and operate on your behalf.
Common questions
No. Cold outreach runs entirely on separate sending infrastructure that we set up and manage. Your primary domain is never used for cold outreach, so your internal email and brand reputation are insulated from it.
We source lists from established, compliant data providers and follow the outreach regulations that apply to the markets you target. Data is used only for your campaigns, never resold or reused elsewhere, and removal requests are actioned promptly. If you need the specifics for your jurisdiction, ask on the call and we'll walk you through exactly how data is sourced, stored, and handled.
Yours. We represent your agency in the messaging, working from positioning we agree with you up front. You see the approach before anything goes out.
We work on a pay-on-results basis rather than a pure retainer. We'll walk you through the specifics on the call so it's clear before you commit.
Sending starts once the infrastructure is warmed, which takes about 14 days. From there we test angles until we find the one that works in your niche, so expect the first stretch to be groundwork rather than a full pipeline. We'll give you a realistic timeline for your market on the call.
Get on a low-pressure call, or email us first. Whichever you prefer.
