Who’s behind Furum.
We’re a small team that builds and runs client-acquisition outbound for staffing and recruiting agencies. Here’s why we started, how we work, and who you’ll actually be dealing with.
After years building outbound systems, we kept noticing the same gap in two industries in particular: staffing and recruiting. Strong agencies that could place candidates all day, but whose new-business pipeline depended on referrals, luck, and whoever had time to do outreach that week.
We are not recruiters, and we have never claimed to be. What we know is outbound. Paired with the most-placeable-candidate approach and run on dedicated infrastructure, it turns an unpredictable pipeline into something an agency can actually plan around.
So we built the business around a simple principle: we take the risk. We only get paid when qualified conversations reach your calendar. That keeps us honest, and it means we only take on agencies we genuinely believe we can produce results for.
