What size hotel do you work with?
We work best with independent hotels between 15-150 rooms that are currently 60-90% OTA dependent. Our sweet spot is owner-operated or small-team independents who are drowning in OTA commissions but don't have the expertise or bandwidth to build direct booking systems themselves. We don't work with franchise properties or budget/economy hotels where guests are purely price-shopping.
What results can I realistically expect?
In Phase 1 (60 days), we guarantee a minimum 10 percentage point reduction in OTA dependency or refund you per point missed. For example, if you're at 75% OTA bookings, we'll get you to 65% or lower.

What's required from me during the 60-day Sprint?

Will this disrupt my current operations?
No. We build in parallel to your existing operations. Your OTA listings stay active. We just reduce dependency over time. Guests still book through your existing processes. The only "disruption" is you'll start getting more direct bookings, which are actually easier to manage (no commission fees, direct guest contact, better data).
We work with your existing PMS and don't require you to change systems (unless your current setup is severely limiting, which we'd discuss upfront).
